How I Became a Life Coach
For almost a decade now, I've been a life coach helping people around the world to get unstuck. Yet prior to becoming a full-time professional Life Coach, I spent 12 years as HR Manager for a label printing company.
As the employee issues became more complicated I wanted to make sure I had all the skills to be able to deal with each person competently. I qualified as a Personal Performance Coach, training with The Coaching Academy.
While I enjoyed those years, I'm thrilled to have found real purpose as a coach, helping leaders and teams see fresh possibilities, reach for their dreams and get the future they want. I'm clear my mission is to unlock humanity's potential and move people forward.
My passion is help you find your way out…
I now coach and mentor people like you to help them unlock their potential and move forward. I genuinely do understand when clients say they're looking for a change, but don't know what it is yet or how to achieve it.
The renewed energy and motivation that can occur after receiving a purposeful coaching session is extremely satisfying and leads to greater self-awareness.
I am a fully qualified, and insured NLP Master Coach, Transformational Coach, and Hypnotherapist. I am registered with the General Hypnotherapy Register, the National Council for Hypnotherapy and the CNHC – The Complimentary and Natural Healthcare Council to name just a few.
As a Professional Coach and Therapist I am committed to my own continuous personal development. I regularly attend seminars and training events to keep my knowledge and skills bang up to date. Keeping abreast of the most recent developments in the field of coaching and psychology enables me to give my clients a cutting edge service.
